Fly-by rec
I am up to my nose in actual work, and so cannot write the length rec this deserves (I will on the weekend), but if you have enjoyed stories I have recced in the past, then make all possible haste to read Blood and Brimstone at HD Career Fair. Set in an HP/Wicked Gentlemen merged universe it is an epic story that actually deserves the adjective.

And now, back to the grindstone ...

ETA: It's wholly comprehensible to those who, like me, have not read WG.

I had this bookmarked to come back to because I've not yet read Wicked Gentlemen. Do you think it's necessary to have read that first?

Not at all. There will be some things that someone who has read WG will 'get' at a level that the rest of us won't, but it's not crucial at all, more of a small-scale added bonus.

K cool, maybe I'll read it at work tonight then.

Thanks love =)

i don't know the wicked gentleman universe, but the summary of the fic grabbed me by the throat and pulled me in. *settles in for an excellent read*

Fic is shiny indeed! I've read most of WG ... love the universe but I prefer the HP characters much more—so, a perfect combo!

Thanks for the rec ♥
